Marketing Coordinator Amada Senior Care - Portland, OR Full-Time | $65,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Build Relationships. Grow Our Community. Make a Difference. Amada Senior Care of Portland is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This is not a traditional marketing position focused on simply dropping off brochures or making quick marketing stops. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, developing professional relationships, following up consistently, and helping turn those relationships into trusted referral partnerships. A top priority of this position will be developing and strengthening our relationship with Bankers Life, while also growing our Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) opportunities and professional referral network throughout the Portland area. Bankers Life - Top Priority Developing a strong and consistent relationship with Bankers Life will be one of the primary focuses of this position. The Marketing Coordinator will maintain regular communication and office visits, educate appropriate Bankers Life contacts about Amada's services, develop a consistent referral process, promptly follow up on opportunities, and help build Bankers Life into a strong, long-term professional referral partnership. What You'll Do Build and maintain professional referral relationships throughout the Portland area Develop a strong, consistent relationship with Bankers Life Build relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, case managers, social workers, elder-law professionals, insurance professionals, and senior-care resources Complete Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) assessments Help guide potential clients and families through the LTCI and care process Follow referrals from the initial introduction through assessment and potential start of care Track referrals, assessments, new clients, billable hours, and referral-source activity Maintain consistent follow-up with professional referral partners Attend networking events, community events, professional meetings, and senior-resource events Identify new opportunities to develop professional relationships in the community * Work closely with the Administrator and office team to ensure potential clients receive timely follow-up This position will spend approximately 3-4 days per week in the community, with approximately 1-2 days dedicated to assessments, follow-up, documentation, planning, meetings, and office responsibilities. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, professional, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the community. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, is confident starting conversations, follows through consistently, and understands that successful marketing in senior care is about building trust and long-term relationships-not simply making marketing stops. Experience in marketing, business development, senior care, home care, healthcare, insurance, sales, community outreach, or professional relationship development is highly valued. Compensation Starting Base Salary: $65,000 annually Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $2,500 Potential Total Annual Compensation: Up to approximately $75,000 Performance incentives may consider measurable results such as new clients beginning services, increased billable hours, successful LTCI cases, productive referral relationships, growth from existing referral partners, and continued development of the Bankers Life relationship.
