Overview

Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys, managing the day-to-day tactics that drive customer engagement and retention. You will own the performance of assigned programs, collaborate with cross functional teams, and contribute to continuous optimization of customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own execution and performance of lifecycle marketing programs: campaigns, journeys, and engagement initiatives

Build and maintain customer journeys using marketing automation platforms; test and optimize based on performance data

Execute real-time segmentation and targeted messaging across email, in-app, and other channels

Monitor campaign metrics daily; identify performance gaps and recommend optimization tactics

Coordinate with Creative, Content, and Brand teams on messaging, personalization, and asset development

Support data and analytics team with audience definition, testing requirements, and performance analysis

Execute A/B tests and optimization experiments; document learnings and share insights with the team

Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams on engagement signals and retention opportunities

Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication

Contribute to quarterly business reviews and performance analysis

Required Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related discipline

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools

Experience building and optimizing customer journeys or email campaigns

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly

Understanding of customer engagement best practices and testing methodologies

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,800 - $221,900 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
