Territory Sales Manager, Wound Care - St Louis

We're seeking a Territory Sales Representative based in the greater St. Louismetro area, including Columbia and Cape Girardeau.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established territory with significant growth potential while representing clinically strong advanced wound care solutions. You'll join a highly tenured, collaborative team and work with an experienced manager who values autonomy and gives you the freedom to build your business and execute your strategy.

We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and develop new clinical champions across complex hospital systems. Success will come from a combination of clinical curiosity, business acumen, and self-motivation, along with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and turn opportunities into growth.

With minimal overnight travel, an established customer base, and plenty of untapped potential, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating momentum, and delivering results.

What You'll Do:

Accelerate territory growth through new business development and strategic account expansion.

Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at major health systems

Position and sell premium wound care solutions by articulating clinical and economic value.

Analyze territory data to uncover opportunities, defend business, and guide account strategy.

Collaborate with distributor partners to maximize market coverage and customer satisfaction.

Generate new leads through consistent outreach, including cold calling and prospecting.

Maintain accurate records, sales reporting, and account planning in alignment with company processes.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or wound care.

Experience selling premium-priced products where value-based selling was key to success.

Proven sales results-consistent 100%+ quota achievement is preferred.

Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Excellent communicator who's confident presenting to large groups and senior-level stakeholders.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job

Analytical thinker who can use data to drive strategy and defend market share.

Comfortable with overnight travel;Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
