The Sales Strategy Manager is a senior individual contributor aligned to an FCC business unit (CT Corporation or Compliance Solutions). Reporting to the Director, Sales Strategy, FCC, the role applies specialized depth and breadth of expertise in sales operations and revenue operations to plan and run the projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit's sales force. The Manager works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations, and serves as an advisor to sales management on advanced and broad-ranging projects.
The Manager contributes to the development of sales processes and procedures, defines requirements for sales support systems, supports the design and analysis of sales compensation programs, and reviews sales activity data that drives performance metrics and process improvement. The role interprets business challenges, recommends best practices, leads others in solving complex problems, and uses in-depth professional knowledge to develop models and monitor trends.
As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will independently execute the specialized work that shapes the effectiveness of FCC revenue operations - planning, forecasting, analysis, and process improvement - so our sales teams can deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and improve comprehensive revenue operations projects for the business unit.
Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce; apply leading and lagging indicators to improve accuracy.
Support annual planning - capacity modeling, territory and account assignments, and quota allocation - in partnership with Corporate RevOps Sales Compensation & Planning and FCC Finance.
Support the development, modeling, and optimization of sales compensation plans and SPIFs; analyze plan performance and payout trends.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics - bookings, retention, pipeline, productivity, attainment - to identify performance trends and recommend actions.
Implement and refine sales process methodologies; drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Provide expert guidance on sales tools and systems usage; evaluate and recommend new sales technologies, AI, and automation.
Oversee data integrity initiatives and ensure compliance with sales policies (territories, crediting, splits, exceptions).
Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy execution; prepare QBR and business review content.
Support team-wide projects that enhance FCC revenue operations effectiveness, including cross-sell and service-to-sales initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrable experience delivering advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to Sales Leaders.
Skill in leading structured pipeline management and forecasting processes, applying leading and lagging indicators to improve accuracy and robustness.
Strong communicator with the ability to craft clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence senior sales leadership.
Adept at building collaborative, productive relationships with senior cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
Proven ability to build automated, database-driven workflows and reduce spreadsheet dependence.
Proficient in Salesforce and Power BI, with experience in sales analytics platforms - ensuring strong adoption, accurate data integrity, and effective system utilization.
Focused on driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen sales operating rhythms.
Highly organized, accountable, and willing to move initiatives forward with precision and clarity.
Preferred: experience in B2B information services, software, or financial/legal/regulatory compliance markets.

Compensation:
$98,500.00 - $172,700.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
