Description We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations in Tonawanda, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep the office running efficiently, provide front-desk support, and coordinate essential purchasing and payment activities. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing supplies, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office administration to maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace.

Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide attentive front-desk support for staff and guests.

Monitor inventory levels for office materials and ensure supplies are consistently available for daily operations.

Place orders for office products and services as needed while tracking delivery and usage.

Support accounts payable activities by organizing invoices, preparing documentation, and assisting with payment processing.

Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and office-related documentation for easy access and compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address office needs and resolve routine administrative issues. Requirements - Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar business operations role.

Ability to manage office supply purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.

Familiarity with accounts payable processes, including invoice handling and payment support.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to reception duties.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.

Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative systems.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
