VCA Animal Hospital of Plainfield is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team.

Schedule: Part-time opportunity

We're looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.

Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.

Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.

Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.

Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
