Location: Kent, WA

Pay Rate: $24.00 hourly (with increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review)

Shift: M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm

Shift Differential: 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked

Needed flexibility to work additional hours, holidays, and weekends based on business needs

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.?

Responsibilities

Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner?

Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift?

Palletize products for loading?

Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.?

Take care of our products through proper handling and storage?

Ensure inventory is properly maintained?

Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld?

Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions?

Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling?

Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)?

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age?

Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)?

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift?

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation?

Willing to work overtime as needed?

Warehouse or forklift experience is preferred; training will be provided for qualified associates.

Must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
