MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

If you know your way around electrical, mechanical, and production equipment , this is a solid opportunity. We're hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep bakery and packaging equipment running and minimize downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Perform preventative maintenance on ovens, conveyors, and packaging equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues

Inspect bearings, gears, shafts, and other machine components

Perform equipment repairs and adjustments

Support production by keeping equipment running efficiently

Work between bakery locations as needed

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair

Manufacturing or production maintenance experience

Troubleshooting and repair skills

Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

BONUS SKILLS

Experience with bakery, food production, or packaging equipment

Electrical troubleshooting experience

Preventative maintenance experience

Mechanical repair experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA VISTA, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
