Location: Telluride, CO

Pay: $40/hour

Housing: Housing Provided (for qualifying candidates living 75+ miles from the job site)

Per Diem: $50/Day Per Diem (Paid 7 Days per Week) (for qualifying candidates living 75+ miles from the job site)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 10-Hour Shifts

Duration: Long-Term Project: 3 Years

We're hiring an experienced Foreman to lead crews on a large-scale hotel construction project in Telluride, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience who can effectively supervise labor crews, maintain safety standards, and keep work progressing on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of construction laborers

Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks

Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, grading, and material handling

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements

Communicate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams

Monitor crew productivity, attendance, and jobsite performance

Train and mentor laborers on proper jobsite procedures

Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Labor Foreman, Lead Laborer, or Construction Foreman

Commercial construction experience required

Ability to manage crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities

Experience with site work, demolition, concrete, grading, and general construction tasks

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment

Outdoor work in mountain and high-altitude conditions

Large commercial hotel construction project

Frequent lifting, walking, climbing, bending, and working on uneven terrain

Winter construction and snow removal activities may be required

Pay & Benefits

$40/hour (DOE)

Housing provided

$50/day per diem paid 7 days per week

3-year project duration

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
