Job Title: Construction Laborer - Electrical Helper !INTERVIEW ASAP!

1st Shift / $21+/hr based on overall experience

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated construction laborers for wire pulling Cat 6/OSP in a challenging outdoor environment. The role involves working 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with a high possibility of Saturday work. This position requires adaptability to work in hot conditions while maintaining high productivity.

Responsibilities

Pull Cat 6 and OSP wires in an outdoor environment.

Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively.

Measure and cut wires with precision using tape measures.

Assist in copper wire pulling tasks as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA 10 standards.

Work Environment

This position requires working outdoors in a construction setting, adapting to varying weather conditions. The work involves extended hours and the use of construction equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeport, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
