This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a seasonal river excursion and fishing business. The primary focus will be reservations, customer communication, administrative support, and learning our booking and operational systems. The goal is to train the right individual to take on additional responsibilities and potentially transition into the Summer Office Manager position.]{dir="auto"} :::

[Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. ]{dir="auto"}

[Assist clients with reservations, trip information, and scheduling.

[Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective

[Conduct pre-trip confirmation calls as needed. ]{dir="auto"}

[Verify meeting locations, waivers, licensing, and outstanding

payments. ]{dir="auto"}

[Coordinate special requests and trip details with Captains and

Deckhands. ]{dir="auto"}

[OFFICE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ]{dir="auto"}
