As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for travelers, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

Day Time

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Valid Driver's License (+1 years)

18+ years of age

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and government representatives while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor and report suspicious activity, unattended property, access-control concerns, and other security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders.

Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with supervisors and site personnel regarding daily activities, incidents, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least one year of security-related experience.

Preferred ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
