Summary You will serve as the an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the UNDERSEA WEAPONS DEPARTMENT, DEPARTMENT STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INTEGRATION OFFICER of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Planning and Integration Officer for the Undersea Weapons Department, providing leadership, managing the strategic planning process, including development of the Department's strategic, infrastructure, and business plans. You will coordinate with the Department Technology Officer to ensure investment programs and resource decisions are aligned with the Department's mission, vision, principles, and higher-level guidance. You will ensure the Undersea Weapons Department's strategic alignment with Department of the Navy (DON), NAVSEA, and DoD strategies while providing critical input to the NAVSEA Enterprise Undersea Weapons Strategic Plan. You will lead the development and implementation of the Department Strategic Communications plan, ensuring all internal and external messaging supports the Department's vision and strategic goals. You will establish and maintain a department CPI strategy, project portfolio, governance cadence, and reporting process aligned with department goals and objectives. You will advise the Department Head on CPI priorities, improvement opportunities, performance trends, risks and resource requirements. You will establish and manage action plans that guide personnel and resource decisions to meet customer requirements while addressing programmatically sensitive issues across the Undersea Weapons Enterprise. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing strategic planning and project management to include planning, implementing, and executing projects and programs, and implementation of strategic initiatives in alignment with higher level strategic guidance (i.e., Command, NAVSEA, DON, DoD, etc.).
