These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in business strategy development and problem-solving, both domestically and globally.

We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Life Sciences organizations from bio-technology firms to global big pharma to medical devices, to drive business value through end-to-end delivery of solutions based on strategy development for heart of business issues.

Work You'll Do

As a Consultant on the Sales & Service team supporting Salesforce programs, you will partner with business and clinical/operations stakeholders to translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, managing requirements through delivery, and driving functional design across patient support workflows.

Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience

2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations

Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.

Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred :

Salesforce certifications

Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media

Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences

Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)

Advanced degree in a relevant field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000 - $170,000
