Position Description

Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our Document Services sales team. Our superior products, award-winning sales, service, and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry. \nAs an F&I Compliance Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting LAW\u00ae and Bankers Systems\u00ae branded F&I documents to the automotive and related markets. You will serve as the subject matter expert over multiple regions and partner with other sales associates to drive sales goals, gather competitive intelligence, and advance the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for the team\u2019s implementation strategies and assist with training sales associates on the benefits of our document solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for driving some of your own sales within your assigned market. In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal use.\nYou will receive a base salary of $65,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $125,000\/year including commissions.\n#LI-Remote\n

Training

Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction at Reynolds University, our award-winning internal learning institution in Dayton, Ohio. You will complete ten different courses at Reynolds University throughout your first year. Topics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training on our Dealership Retail Management System.\n

Requirements

Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years sales and marketing related experience (CRM experience preferred); Automotive industry experience is a plus (including Finance & Insurance Manager experience preferred); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong customer relationship building skills; Ability to close sales; Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) approximately 6-10 nights per month. Travel will be more frequent during the first year while attending required training programs in Dayton, OH.; Superb time management skills; Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years\n
