Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contact Support Specialist to join their team. As a Contact Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Contracts Administrative Support team, providing essential support in IT Data Structure, Expense Analysis, Trend Reporting & Forecasting, General Ledger Reconciliation, and Sales Analysis/Pricing Support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Contact Support Specialist

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Range: $20-$30/hour

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Provide contracts administrative support to ensure smooth operational workflows

Assist with IT Data Structure support to maintain data integrity and accuracy

Conduct Expense Analysis, Trend Reporting, and Forecasting to support strategic decision-making

Perform General Ledger Reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy

Support Sales Analysis and Pricing activities to optimize revenue and market positioning

What's Needed?

Entry-level experience or willingness to learn in a support role

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Basic understanding of financial and data management concepts

Credential requirements: 100000, 100037
