Job Description: This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment within a plant environment. Will work on motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, circuitry to boilers and compressors, start and stop buttons, and more. Support line mechanics as needed. Will work on low to high voltages and phases (up to 480 volts and 3 phase systems), and ensure facility and production equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You interpret technical documentation, collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams, and follow all applicable procedures, regulations, and codes while supporting ongoing projects and special assignments.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in equipment and facility electrical maintenance

Motor Controls, PLCs and VFDs experience are ideal

Must have experience in troubleshoot and performing maintenance to electrical systems up to 480 volts, 3 phase

Ability to read and modify blueprints and schematics

Ability to work overtime or extended shifts as needed to meet operational requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harleysville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
