Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Finance Analyst to support financial operations across Marketing, Policy, and Communications teams. This role will partner closely with Marketing Operations and Finance teams to manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and financial processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and support forecasting and accrual processes.

Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide financial insights to stakeholders.

Support month-end reporting and maintain accurate financial records.

Serve as the primary contact for purchase orders, invoicing, approvals, and finance-related inquiries.

Reconcile invoices against POs and coordinate with vendors, procurement, and internal teams to resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance policies, and political spending requirements.

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

Deliver training and guidance on marketing finance processes and tools.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in finance, marketing finance, operations, or a related analytical role.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.

Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and financial statements.

Experience with Coupa, Zip, uSurv, or similar procurement/finance systems.

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

California Pay: $56.12

Sunnyvale, CA pay: $58.12

All other states pay: $58.12

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

Location: SAN FRANCISCO CA 94158 (Remote)

Pay Details: $56.12 to $58.12 per hour
