Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services Maintains the wholesale trading area in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns zoning the area arranging and organizing merchandise and identifying shrink and damages Receives merchandise for the facility and organizes and maintains the Wholesale Trading area by following Company procedures utilizing equipment appropriately and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps following proper forklift spotting procedures following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials following Company steel standard guidelines and correctingreporting unsafe situation for Management Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment processes member purchases and assists in payments returns refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment @types Assists management with the supervision of Associates in the Receiving area by assigning duties communicating goals and feedback teaching and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures supporting the Open Door Policy: and participating in recruiting hiring scheduling promoting coaching and evaluating Associates Performs audits and completes audit reports by counting merchandise researching variances or discrepancies identifying and accounting for shrink or overages and adjusting inventory counts Schedules incoming shipments and tracks outgoing shipments to ensure deadlines are met Ensures wholesale trade orders are properly received processed filled prepped staged loaded and released in accordance with Company policies and procedures Respect the Individual: Embraces differences in people cultures ideas and experiences creates a workplace where associates feel seen supported and connected through a culture of belonging creates opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform helps to attract the best talent Respect the Individual: Works as a team builds strong and trusting relationships communicates with impact energy and positivity to motivate and influence Respect the Individual: Strengthens the team by helping developing and mentoring others recognizes others contributions and accomplishments Act with Integrity: Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance models the Walmart values to support and foster our culture holds oneself and others accountable supports Walmarts goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates customers members and the world around us Act with Integrity: Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble selfaware honest fair and transparent Serve our Customers and Members Delivers results while putting the customer first Serve our Customers and Members Makes decisions based reliable information balances short and longterm priorities and considers how own work impacts the teams ability to deliver on our purpose for all stakeholders Strive for Excellence: Displays curiosity and a desire to learn takes calculated risks and demonstrates courage and resilience Strive for Excellence: Drives continuous improvements is open to and uses new technologies and skills and supports others through change

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.50 to $31.50

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
