This is a field-based sales and project management role where you'll meet homeowners, inspect homes, identify needs, develop solutions, close business and stay involved from the initial consultation through project completion. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Field Sales Project Manager, you'll be involved throughout the customer's project rather than simply selling the job and handing it off. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property and roof inspections 2. Safely access and inspect roofs and evaluate exterior conditions 3. Identify opportunities for roofing, siding, windows, gutters and decks 4. Recommend solutions based on the homeowner's needs 5. Prepare accurate estimates and proposals 6. Present products, pricing, warranties and project expectations 7. Generate business and close sales 8. Build long-term customer and referral relationships 9. Coordinate with homeowners, crews, suppliers and Shell's internal team 10. Stay involved from the initial sale through project completion 11. Communicate schedules, expectations and project details 12. Monitor quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction 13. Maintain follow-up and customer information in our CRM You won't simply sell the project and hand it off. You'll help guide the customer through the process and remain involved throughout the project. EXPERIENCE ENCOURAGED. DRIVE MATTERS MORE. Experience in sales, roofing, construction, remodeling, project management, insurance restoration, customer service or a related field is encouraged, but not required. We're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who: 1. Communicates well and is comfortable talking with homeowners 2. Is organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities 3. Can work independently while staying accountable 4. Is confident asking for the sale 5. Takes ownership of customers and projects 6. Is willing to learn and continually improve 7. Has a strong work ethic and desire to succeed TRAINING & SUPPORT You'll receive paid training designed to help you succeed in both sales and project management, including: 1. Industry-specific sales training and techniques 2. Product knowledge and hands-on in-house training 3. Installation best practices and hands-on training 4. Ventilation certification 5.
