Responsibilities If you are selected as a Supervisory Information Technology Project Manager, your responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to: Leading and facilitating the end-to-end business and functional requirements gathering process to define and validate complex information system needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Designing detailed project schedules, task lists, and milestone timelines using project management tools and techniques to ensure the proper sequencing of activities, optimal use of resources, and on-time delivery. Collaborating with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical experts across DOJ to ensure that enterprise architecture, system design, and implementation comply with applicable regulations, standards, and policies. Developing IT project plans, governance processes, risk management strategies, and performance measures to support successful project delivery. Providing technical leadership and expertise on IT projects; evaluating and recommending the adoption of new or enhanced approaches to delivering and optimizing IT services. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade level (or equivalent).
