Work You'll Do

As a Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for:

Assessing current-state business processes and defining target-state capabilities, process designs, and solution roadmaps across order capture, fulfillment, procurement, inventory, financials, and customer service

Leading functional transformation efforts across Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Financials, and order capture and commerce capabilities

Translating business needs into functional requirements, workflows, controls, data requirements, and implementation priorities to support end-to-end solution design

Shaping artificial intelligence strategy and adoption roadmaps and driving execution of prioritized use cases across automation, exception management, operational insights, and decision support

Leading delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations while managing governance, risks, dependencies, quality, adoption, and outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

15+ years of experience managing Oracle transformations

1+ years of experience developing AI strategy, adoption, and implementation for Oracle clients to improve business processing

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Master's degree

Experience leading business process modernization across order capture, fulfillment, procurement, inventory, financials, and customer service

Experience defining transformation roadmaps and target-state operating models

Experience developing artificial intelligence use cases and adoption strategies for enterprise technology programs

Experience serving Government and Public Services clients
