What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.

As a Security Officer - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Location: Pflugerville, Texas

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 2 PM - 10 PM ( 40 Hours/ Full Time)

Competitive hourly wage of $19.11 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

Excellent customer service is always a top priority

Handles inquiries made by the public and clients

Conducts screenings of persons upon entry to the facility.

Controls, regulates and directs pedestrian traffic.

May perform desk duties, including telecommunications (telephone, computer, radio)

Prepares clear, accurate, and complete reports on all activities as required

Foot and Vehicle Patrol when warranted

Controlling access and ensuring only authorized personnel are given access to the site.

Assist Operations Management in Emergencies

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience - even better!

You have a Texas security license or the ability to obtain one

You have a CPR certification or the ability to obtain one

Must have a valid Driver's License

You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement
