Our client, a government agency involved in election processes, is seeking a Seasonal Mail Ballot Assistant to join their team. As a Seasonal Mail Ballot Assistant, you will be part of the Elections Department supporting election operations and public service initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to public service, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Seasonal Mail Ballot Assistant
Location: Viera, FL
Pay Range: $16.00 hour
Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Assist with mail ballot processing and distribution to voters
Answer incoming calls from voters and provide accurate information and support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and election data
Support election department staff with administrative tasks and projects
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
Clerical experience in a public service or business environment
Experience in providing quality customer service and serving the public
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
Ability to work with multi-line phone systems and handle multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
