An investment consulting firm in Towson, MD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist their marketing department. Primary responsibilities:

Format PPT presentations

Format Word documents

Proofread documents prior to publication

Organize digital files

Coordinate in-office events and support set up

Produce meeting, proposal and other print materials

Ship event and proposal materials

Correspondence with event organizers and fulfillment of requests, as needed

Order give-aways and other marketing assets/items

Monitor campaign results (Constant Contact, Google Analytics)

Experience in MS Office Suite is required, and knowledge in Canva and WordPress is preferred.

Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative support role within an office setting.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to format presentations and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable proofreading written content and identifying errors before final release.

Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities effectively.

Experience with general office support such as data entry, front desk duties, and inbound call handling.

Familiarity with WordPress and Canva is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a dependable, service-oriented approach. TalentMatch®
