Pick & Pack Worker - Temporary- 25-30 Hours Per Week- Fast Starts!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 5-6 hours per day

Pay$22.00

7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Anticipated Dates: October 1-October 30, 2026 (tentative)

About the Role

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for 3 dependable Pick & Pack Workers to support a temporary operation inside our New Britain, CT facility.

Our operation is relocating within the plant, and we need additional team members to help keep things organized and moving during the transition. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on sorting, packing, preparing, and palletizing materials.

You'll work alongside our existing team members and will need to be comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do

Sort and organize materials and products

Pick and pack items for shipment or relocation

Prepare materials for movement

Palletize and wrap products

Maintain an organized and safe work area

Follow instructions from team leads and other team members

Assist with other tasks related to the relocation as needed

What We're Looking For

Reliable and dependable attendance

Ability to follow directions and work well with others

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday

Previous warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Duration

Monday-Friday

Approximately 5-6 hours per day
