Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Position Details:

Schedule | Monday - Friday, 6:00?AM - 2:30?PM with mandatory overtime as needed.

Pay Range | Starting at $23/hour and may be higher based on experience

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.

Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.

Offload, move, and store heavy materials such as pipes and other items weighing 50 lbs or more.

Utilize RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory and warehouse operations.

Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.

Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Work in varying weather conditions as needed to complete warehouse tasks.

Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

High attention to detail.

Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.

Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.

Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Ability to perform heavy duties, including handling large pipes (50 lbs+).

Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range:

$21.76 - $32.64

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
