The Client Delivery Supervisor - Commercial Deposits will lead and support a team responsible for commercial deposit onboarding and treasury management client delivery services, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and internal partners. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational oversight while helping ensure adherence to established procedures and service standards.
Key Accountabilities
Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists, providing ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
Oversee daily client delivery activities, triage service-related issues, and help ensure timely, accurate resolution of requests.
Support the implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies while promoting adherence across the team.
Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent and efficient service delivery.
Manage a select portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts, including account setup and maintenance activities.
Develop expertise in treasury management products and services to effectively support team members, clients, and business partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions.
Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities impacting client delivery operations.
Education & Experience
Required
Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.
Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.
Preferred
1+ years of leadership experience.
Treasury management experience.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification obtained within two years.
