Kelly Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a great direct hire opportunity in Duryea, PA. Join a rapidly growing organization and play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge solutions and transformative growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze complex mechanical systems including high load structural systems, suspension systems, vehicle chassis, actuator driven linkages, and linear motion systems

Develop, release and revise mechanical drawings and 3D models

Serve as technical project lead with external design partners and suppliers

Assist in continuous improvement of design procedure and protocol to help drive design efficiency

Qualifications:

Highly proficient with 3D modeling software

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of various manufacturing methods and their respective effects on component design
