We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. Job Summary: PayPal is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to drive growth in our expanding Ads business. This role focuses on maximizing revenue generation through prospecting, new customer acquisition, and existing customer expansion, targeting a vertically aligned book of business. You'll utilize your deep experience in digital advertising, commerce media, or retail media to secure opportunities for enterprise brands to leverage PayPal's data and media offerings across our onsite and offsite platforms. We are looking for high-performing individuals with a proven track record of launching and growing ad platforms, including experience supporting both owned and operated and programmatic advertising programs. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Manage mid-sized to large client accounts Develop and present strategic advertising proposals Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize campaigns Analyze performance data and provide actionale insights Identify upsell and renewal opportunities Leverage ad platforms and attribution tools to measure ROI and advise on optimization Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications: Experience prospecting and closing new business, not just managing existing accounts. Strong background in programmatic advertising (DSPs, PMPs, SSPs) with hands-on experience across programmatic buying platforms and media trading desks preferred. Deep familiarity with sales tools (Winmo, SellerCrowd, etc.) and CRM systems facilitating pipeline management and reporting.
