**Munger Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Fort Gratiot.

What You'll Do
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and hands-on treatment techniques
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Help create an encouraging and positive rehabilitation experience for every patient
Qualifications Required
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Michigan PTA license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Experience working with post-surgical and sports-related injuries
Passion for providing individualized patient care
