From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring aWarehouse Forklift Operatorbased in Casa Grande, Arizona.

TheWarehouse Forklift Operatorsupplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift.Warehouse Forklift Operatorwill load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 PM - 06:30 AM or 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM) on a 2 - 2 - 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.)

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organization and time-management skills.

Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.

Able to manage a high-stress environment.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

6 months to a 1-year experience driving a standup forklift

Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Specialized Knowledge

Experience with RAF and SAP preferred

Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills
