THE WORK:
You'll lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects.
You'll develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputs.
You'll apply Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques to assess schedule logic, identify trends, communicate risks, and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
You'll partner with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, contractors, and consultants to align planning outputs with project execution needs.
You'll manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
You'll coordinate schedule inputs across project controls, cost management, risk management, change management, and project delivery teams.
You'll evaluate schedule performance, identify delivery gaps, dependencies, and emerging issues, and drive corrective actions.
You'll prepare clear schedule updates, executive-level dashboards, governance materials, and leadership-ready reporting tailored to the audience.
You'll support integrated project controls activities by linking schedule performance to cost, risk, and change impacts.
You'll facilitate planning workshops, schedule reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive project success.
You'll escalate schedule risks, critical path concerns, and execution blockers while driving accountable resolution.
Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

$135,000 - $175,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
Background planning capital projects in the $500M to $2B+ range, preferably within data center construction or similar process-intensive industries.
Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, schedule health analysis, schedule risk analysis, and schedule recovery planning.
Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, assess impacts, and clearly communicate mitigation strategies.
Experience supporting integrated project controls functions, including cost, risk, change management, governance, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to self-direct, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present detailed schedule data in concise leadership-ready summaries.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across project teams, contractors, consultants, and client organizations.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Data center design and construction delivery experience.
Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning and risk management tools.
Experience supporting executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs.
Experience developing integrated project controls reporting that connects schedule, cost, risk, and change performance.
Experience facilitating schedule workshops, forensic schedule reviews, or critical path assessments on large-scale construction programs.
Knowledge of Power BI, Primavera Analytics, or other schedule visualization and reporting platforms.
