What You'll Be Doing
Operate excavators and dozers on commercial remediation and drilling projects.
Safely move soil, materials, and debris while maintaining production goals.
Utilize both CAT and DEERE control patterns with confidence and precision.
Load and unload heavy equipment from trailers safely and efficiently.
Assist with site preparation, drilling support, excavation, and general construction activities.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Work closely with a small, highly skilled crew to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Maintain clean and organized job sites, equipment, and work areas.
Follow all environmental, safety, and Hazwoper requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience operating excavators and dozers in construction, excavation, remediation, utility, earthwork, or similar environments.
Ability to operate excavators with both CAT and DEERE control configurations.
Current 40-Hour Hazwoper Certification with an active 8-Hour Refresher.
Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment.
Strong understanding of safe operating procedures and construction site safety.
Willingness to help on the ground when equipment operation is not required.
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with remediation or drilling projects.
Experience operating skid steers, backhoes, loaders, or other heavy equipment.
CDL Class A license.
Experience working on excavation, earthwork, utility, environmental, or site development projects.
Ability to work effectively in changing weather conditions and outdoor environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
