We are currently hiring Industrial Machine Operators for a variety of manufacturing and production facilities throughout the York area. If you have experience operating machinery, working in a production environment, or have strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
Operate and monitor industrial production equipment and machinery
Load materials and remove finished products from machines
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Adjust machine settings and make minor operational corrections
Measure parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Complete production paperwork and reporting requirements
Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
