Job Description
Join a fast-paced warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Associate. In this hands-on role, you ensure products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to support daily business needs. You contribute directly to smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and inventory accuracy while working closely with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and instructions.
Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and quality standards.
Support inventory control activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining organized inventory locations.
Perform general warehouse operations such as loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and keeping work areas clean and orderly.
Handle materials safely, including lifting, moving, and transporting items up to 40 lbs using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts where applicable.
Use basic computer systems and RF scanners for order entry, scanning, tracking, and updating inventory records.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts when trained and authorized.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and documenting discrepancies.
Participate in production, assembly, and packaging tasks as needed to support overall warehouse workflow.
Collaborate closely with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and work instructions to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse operation.

Experience operating a sit-down forklift, with appropriate training or certification where required.
Comfort using RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory tracking.
Exposure to production, assembly, and packaging tasks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment with strong communication skills.
Interest in building long-term skills and experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean, organized, and safety-driven warehouse environment that prioritizes structured processes and clear communication. The regular schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with an 8:00 a.m. start on the first day. You will work in an active setting that involves moving throughout the warehouse, handling materials, and using equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and sit-down forklifts where applicable. The facility maintains a steady workflow and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and productivity, creating a positive and predictable place to work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
