Specialized Experience: In addition to demonstrating the basic qualifications listed above, applicants must also demonstrate possession of specialized experience.You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level performing duties as: Managing programs where you translated requirements into scalable, innovative solutions; Managing various technologies, platforms, and architectures such as cloud, networking, databases, software development; Assessing new system design and development methodologies to deliver solutions that best support the mission need, and improve operational delivery and customer experience; Overseeing technical and contractor staff and exhibiting executive level organizational skills in overseeing a wide range of responsibilities, including employee performance, recruitment, and mentorship.
