Job Title: Space Planner - Level 2

Job Description

As a Space Planner, you will collaborate with client teams to handle all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process. This role is essential for ensuring efficient use of space and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Receive and review all occupancy requests.

Engage with tactical business space representatives to gather planning requirements.

Develop tactical scenarios for space utilization.

Perform regular and ad-hoc auditing of space usage.

Assist planners in the development of strategic plans as necessary.

Coordinate with the Move, Add, Change (MAC) team for the implementation of space plans.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data analytics, occupancy planning, and space planning.

Experience in test-fitting and project coordination.

Competency in using CAD/Revit software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in space planning or a related field.

Experience as an occupancy planner is ideal.

Ability to execute move and change management effectively.

Experience with CAFM systems such as Serraview, Archibus, and FMS.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

A degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring four days a week onsite in Seattle. The team consists of three members, including a manager, emphasizing the importance of onsite presence. The role may potentially convert to a full-time position, and the company culture encourages collaboration and innovation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
