What you´ll do
Responsible for driving the performance, optimization, and strategic evolution of Henkel's digital commerce ecosystem
Ownership of website operations, digital experience optimization, SEO strategy, eCommerce marketplace performance, and customer journey improvement to support sustainable business growth
Responsible for leading and developing 3rd party eCommerce (Amazon) capabilities in the region including strategy development and deployment with defined distribution partners
Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric digital experience while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, operational efficiency, and commercial performance
Own the overall health, performance, and operational effectiveness of the Henkle B2B eCommerce platform and external regional eCommerce partners
Manage end-to-end website operations, governance, and optimization initiatives
Monitor platform stability, functionality, performance metrics, and customer experience
Lead website enhancement requests and requirements gathering while serving as a key stakeholder for development teams and digital transformation partners
Participate in feature development, roadmap planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive implementation of self-service capabilities and post-purchase experience enhancements
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content supports SEO objectives and customer acquisition goals
Own sales performance, profitability, and overall account health across assigned digital commerce channels and marketplaces
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies focused on revenue, share growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, visibility, and content performance
Evaluate and implement emerging eCommerce technologies, AI capabilities, and automation solutions
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of direct experience in B2B and/or B2C eCommerce, digital commerce operations, website management, marketplace management, or digital growth roles.
Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms, website operations, SEO programs, and digital customer experiences
Strong understanding of marketplace management, including Amazon Vendor Central, digital shelf optimization, product content, promotions, and advertising
Experience working with website development teams, product owners, and digital transformation initiatives
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, conversion improvement, and digital channel performance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and action plans
Experience with digital analytics, CRO, SEO, CRM, and eCommerce reporting tools
Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Proven ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams
Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with AI-enabled marketing, automation, and digital innovation is strongly preferred

The salary range for this role is $115,000.00 and $137,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
