Description We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dependable support to senior leadership in Dallas, Texas. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer products environment, brings strong judgment to daily priorities, and creates a welcoming experience for both employees and visitors. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing executive coordination, office operations, and event support with a high level of discretion.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with senior leaders to manage shifting priorities, anticipate needs, and keep daily activities running smoothly.

Oversee complex calendars, coordinate executive meetings, and ensure leaders are prepared with the right materials and follow-up actions.

Arrange business travel, including itineraries, bookings, and schedule adjustments, while supporting leadership during travel periods.

Develop clear presentations, reports, correspondence, and other documents with limited oversight and strong attention to detail.

Serve as a central point of coordination between departments and external contacts to maintain clear communication and resolve issues efficiently.

Handle confidential business information with discretion and sound decision-making.

Assist with planning and execution of major sales events and incentive trips in partnership with the event management function.

Support day-to-day office operations by managing supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative processes that keep the workplace organized and effective. Requirements - Proven experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.

Strong calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate meetings across multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience booking and coordinating business travel arrangements with accuracy and flexibility.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear presentations and documents.

High level of discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing business needs.

Proficiency in office administration and vendor coordination within a business environment. TalentMatch®
