Summary You will serve as an ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Electromagnetic Spectrum Warfare Department (WX), Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division (WXS), Air & Space EMSO Branch (WXSS) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing leadership, technical rigor and standardized implementation of policy and technical requirements related to Test and Evaluation for prime mission equipment within the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division. You will demonstrate technical excellence in systems level knowledge of how various pieces work together and affect the subsystem, system, and platforms. You will be responsible for oversight of all Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division (AEASD) on-site and off-site testing and evaluation. You will ensure all test procedures and processes are properly reviewed and documented prior to allowing test to proceed.
