Summary About the Position: Position monitors authorizations, distribution, strengths, professional development and assignments worldwide in view of MACOM, installations, separate BCTs, units above separate brigades, and for Army needs. Review weekly requirements of valid open unfilled requisitions and ensures proper distribution in accordance with the division/directorate goals and monitoring program. Manage one or more military personnel programs such as IPPS-A Integrated Personnel and Pay System, iPERMS, ATRRS, and ASBS. Ensure that all procedural and administrative tasks are performed for the timely and correct completion of actions, individually or by other staff members. Prepare statistical data to form management level briefings which details policies and procedures that assist in making assignment decisions and future changes to distribution and readiness. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Human Resources Management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
