JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Support Manthei Wood Products Oconto Falls, WI Manthei Wood Products is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Administrative Support team member to join our Oconto Falls location. This position supports the administrative team with daily office operations and a wide variety of tasks that help keep the workplace running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This role serves as a go-to resource for administrative needs throughout the facility, providing front-desk coverage, team member and guest support, logistics assistance, employee engagement support, and general office coordination. Schedule: Full-time MondayThursday: 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Support the administrative team with day-to-day office tasks and special assignments. Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and document preparation. Assist with collecting and processing credit card receipts for administrative staff. Keep office supplies, pantry areas, office bathrooms, and common areas stocked, organized, and clean. Provide general administrative support based on the needs of the team and facility. Front Desk & Communication Greet and assist visitors while providing a professional and welcoming experience. Answer and transfer incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and general front-desk inquiries. Serve as a helpful point of contact for team members, guests, vendors, and others visiting the facility. Logistics Support Enter inventory information into the ERP system (NetSuite). Collaborate with the Logistics Analyst to create bills of lading and assist with scheduling trucks entering and leaving the facility. Invoice customers after shipments have been completed. Assist with other logistics-related administrative tasks as needed. Team Member Engagement & Support Assist new hires with completing onboarding paperwork. Support management with new-hire orientation and onboarding. Assist team members with benefits questions and enrollment. Help the administrative team plan and support company events, meetings, and celebrations. Assist with employee engagement activities and programs. Support meeting and event setup, preparation, and teardown. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned based on overall company needs. Education & Experience Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment. Skills & Abilities Strong customer-service skills and a professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage frequent interruptions. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A beacon of reliability, punctuality, and a heart of service. Work Environment This position primarily works in a typical office environment with regular interaction with team members, visitors, and vendors. The role requires occasional walking outdoors to various outbuildings, offices, or job sites and may require occasional light lifting of approximately 2025 pounds for office supplies or event materials. While performing the duties of this position, the team member may occasionally be exposed to electrical hazards and vibration. The noise level in the office environment is generally low. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors. Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations. Maintain scheduling and event calendars. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
