What it's like to be An Administrative Assistant at Administrative Assistant

As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Viking Coca-Cola, you will play a crucial role in keeping our office operations running smoothly! You'll assist customers and employees by answering inquiries through mail, fax, phone, and in person, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills. Your day will involve utilizing various office machines, including computers, copiers, and multi-line phones, while efficiently entering data for inventory control and invoicing. Your organizational prowess will be key as you support office functions, manage supplies, and handle accounts payable and receivable paperwork.

You'll also be responsible for counting money, reconciling route collections, and preparing bank deposits with precision. Safety is a priority; you'll ensure adherence to workplace safety rules, complete audits for first aid kits, and schedule necessary appointments. Beyond this, you'll assist with new hire orientations and tackle various miscellaneous tasks, making every day thrilling and rewarding at Viking Coca-Cola!

What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Viking Coca-Cola, you must bring a unique blend of skills and proficiency to the table. Basic math skills and mastery of 10-key functions are essential for handling financial transactions accurately. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products will empower you to create documents and manage data efficiently. Your capability to operate a multi-line phone system ensures smooth communication within our energetic team and with our valued customers. As the role demands working in a fast-paced environment, you'll need excellent organizational skills to manage frequent interruptions while maintaining focus.
