STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGER MORTGAGE BANKING

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Strategy and Transformation Manager Mortgage Banking will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the EVP of Mortgage, responsible for driving key transformation initiatives, optimizing divisional operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role will provide high-level support to the EVP, acting as a key liaison across the organization to implement strategic priorities, support executive decision-making, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Mortgage Division.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Develop training programs and communication strategies that prepare and support employees through the transition.

Facilitates culture change through ongoing communications to partners and stakeholders reinforcing example and updating team and stakeholders on progress on key strategic priorities and initiatives

Oversee the execution of the transformation roadmap, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery

Champion a collaborative, innovative, and customer experience.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business, Finance, or a related field

10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within residential mortgage or lending.

Additional Qualifications

MBA or relevant experience.

Proven ability to lead large scale transformation initiatives and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment; experience managing and mentoring teams.

Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.

Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information for senior executives.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

CompensationStarting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
