We're hiring Industrial Equipment Assemblers for an established manufacturing facility in Campbellsville, Kentucky.

In this role, you'll assemble industrial air-compressor components using detailed work instructions, assembly drawings and production equipment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, building mechanical products and seeing tangible results from a day's work.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $16.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Industrial Equipment Assembler:

Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, bills of materials, and assembly drawings

Fasten components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, and other hardware

Follow required torque specifications to ensure proper assembly and product quality

Operate pneumatic and manual presses used during the assembly process

Set up and operate labeling, stamping, and product identification equipment

Perform in-process inspections and testing to verify quality standards

Identify and report quality issues, defective materials, or equipment concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production, quality, and performance goals

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and follow standard work instructions, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work orders

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate production equipment

Ability to identify and resolve routine assembly and production issues

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Ability to complete production records and basic workplace documentation accurately

Experience using hand tools, including wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, and cutters

Experience operating pneumatic and power tools

Familiarity with manual and pneumatic presses

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate production-related systems

Experience performing product testing, quality inspections, and using measuring devices

Forklift, crane, or other material-handling equipment experience preferred

Background check and Drug test required
