Description We are looking for a dependable and organized Reprographics Associate to support document production and mail distribution in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on workday and can stay organized while moving between the copy center and multiple office floors. The role focuses on preparing high-volume business document packages with accuracy and care, while also providing timely mail and print support to internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Produce large-volume document sets by printing, scanning, organizing, and assembling materials into complete finished packages.

Prepare binders, tabbed files, and other formatted document collections with careful attention to order, presentation, and completeness.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail activities, including delivery and pickup across three office floors throughout the day.

Operate from the copy center while remaining active on foot to complete recurring print runs and distribution tasks.

Review documents for accuracy before release to help ensure consistent quality and proper handling of sensitive materials.

Respond to internal requests in a courteous and service-focused manner when assisting staff with reproduction and document support needs.

Maintain an orderly workspace and help keep production supplies, print queues, and daily workflow organized.

Follow established instructions and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-visibility office environment. Requirements - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and basic Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail when handling high-volume document work.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a consistent approach to completing assigned tasks.

Ability to stay active throughout the day while moving between the copy center and multiple office floors.

Comfort learning new processes, taking direction, and working in a fast-paced setting.

Clear, detail-focused communication skills and a customer-service approach when interacting with staff and visitors.

Previous experience in reprographics, mailroom support, document production, or a similar office services role is helpful but not required.

Entry-level candidates are welcome if they are technically comfortable, dependable, and eager to learn.
