What You'll Be Doing
As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll help build and package precision medical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. You'll work with a supportive team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
Daily Responsibilities
Assemble and package medical devices according to detailed instructions and quality requirements
Perform precise hand assembly and inspection of components
Work in a cleanroom environment while following safety and quality standards
Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and manufacturing procedures
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Accurately document production activities using computer systems
Communicate with team members and supervisors to maintain production goals
Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or cleanroom experience preferred
Experience using hand tools or measuring equipment is a plus
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills
Medical device assembly experience
Cleanroom manufacturing experience
Microscope inspection experience
Experience working under quality or GMP standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
