Job Summary:

Under close supervision, this position performs clerical activities such as financial data entry, record keeping and data gathering for reporting purposes.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Following established methods and procedures for financial record keeping and reporting

Follow established methods and procedures for financial record keeping and reporting

Retrieve data as requested within an appropriate time frame; assist senior staff in resolving any discrepancies in reports

Assist in preparation of various basic financial reports

Review financial reports to ensure accurate and thorough data entry of financial information

Retrieving data as requested within an appropriate time frame; assisting senior staff in resolving any discrepancies in reports

Responding to inquiries and contacting other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems

Posting basic entries, verifying and reconciling basic input to financial reporting systems

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 1-2 years of Finance experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Ability to adapt

Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult individuals

Ability to multitask

Ability to work both individually and as a team

Basic deductive reasoning skills

Proficient time management skills

Self-motivated

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

Benefits:

The Company offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), six weeks of paid maternity leave along with two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays annually.
