We are currently seeking an experienced Area Vice President Assistant to help us to maintain that commitment as we continue to grow.

Job Responsibilities

As an Area Vice President Assistant, you will interface with all functional departments as needed, providing analytical research and planning and the coordination of all area training. This is a multi-aspect role that encompasses both supporting the Area Vice President and the Operations Manager and Regional Managers as directed by the AVP.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

Coordinate, plan meetings, prepare expense accounts, prepare and distribute correspondence and other business documents, prepare presentations, and manage other various administrative tasks and projects.

Manage electronic calendars, schedule and coordinate travel plans

Management and review of pricing.

Collect and compile information for area sales and operations functions.

Assist in annual budget preparation.

Provide administrative support effectively utilizing the current version of Microsoft Office.

Assist with special Human Resource projects as necessary.

Order supplies and catalogs.

Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

As an Area Vice President Assistant, you must be a strong independent worker with strong administrative, project management, and Microsoft Office experience. You should also be highly detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills as well as the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with service staff and a wide variety of customers.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

2+ years of proven administrative assistant experience

High school diploma or GED

Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts

Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn our ordering system

ERP / SAP experience, a plus
